Hi, I’m Rose Reif!
In my Cary, NC counseling practice, I help disabled* and neurodivergent adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, transitions, and other challenges.
I also work with parents of disabled and neurodivergent kids who are overwhelmed by guilt, fear, isolation, and who are finding it impossible to care for themselves.
Additionally, I help partners and family caregivers who are struggling with the role changes, isolation, and care-giving demands that happen when your loved one becomes disabled.
Learn more about me and how I help disabled people and the people who love them.
*I use identity-first language since this is what’s preferred by most disabled and neurodivergent adults. But don’t just take my word for it. Check out articles like this one, or this one, or this one that support this important shift from person-first language.
